A little sweet, a little spicy, and made right here in the Rockies. Our Hot Honey starts with 100% Alpine Wildflower Co. honey, harvested from our own hives in Bragg Creek, then infused with with red Thai chili peppers, cayenne, and a touch of vinegar for a bright, fiery kick.
The result is a beautifully balanced hot honey with rich natural sweetness, a lingering chili heat, and just enough tang to keep you coming back for another drizzle. Perfect over pizza, fried chicken, roasted vegetables, cheese, charcuterie, or anywhere you want to turn up the heat.
